Refund Policy

The registration fees for Chamber events are non-refundable. If you choose not to attend an event that you registered for, you agree to forfeit the fee. If an event is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded.

Memberships are for the calendar year. Memberships will be pro-rated on a quarterly basis:

• $100 December through March

• $75 April through June

• $50 July through September

• $25 October and November

If you decide to no longer be a member within the 12 month period, the membership fee will be forfeited.

The Middletown Area Chamber of Commerce does not sell tangible goods through our web site, so we do not have a return policy.
